We are really sorry that you had such an experience while using Mail Mint. We always try to ensure our users have the best experience.
At this point, we would really like to request you to let us help you with this matter so that you can consider improving the rating. Frankly speaking, we are using the plugin ourselves in our day-to-day email marketing. And we have several businesses using Mail Mint actively.
But so far, no one has reported this issue to us. In fact, we didn’t hear from you in our support tickets or any threads here on the repository.
And the strange situation here is, Mail Mint has no relation to payment gateways, which is why, we believe it’s a special scenario exclusive to your website (a possible conflict with another plugin maybe).
So, we would really want to communicate with you so that we can identify what went wrong and solve it ASAP. I humbly request you to give us a chance to solve this for you.

Please open a thread or reach us in support with details on what type of automation workflows you tried to use and which payment gateway you had an issue with.
Once we take a look, we will take action and assist you promptly.
