• No communication, no information, everything changed and we are left in the dark. And I was paying for a subscription! This is now way to treat your loyal clients!

    Support also seem to have degraded. Slow, unresponsive.

    And now you have to buy a whole bundle of nonsense to have security!

    I’m done with this brand. They obviously don’t care about their existing clients. Very disappointed!

We did send out an email update regarding this consolidation; however, we have received feedback from some users that the notification unfortunately landed in their spam or junk folders. I welcome the opportunity to clear up what is happening and what this means for your active subscription.

    If you have an active subscription or a lifetime license purchased prior to these updates, please rest assured that your plan remains fully valid, active, and grandfathered in. These legacy products will continue to receive feature improvements and updates that you have full access to. You do not need to purchase a new bundle to keep utilizing the security tools you have already paid for.

    We completely understand your frustration regarding response times. Following the plugin consolidation, we’ve experienced a significant increase in support tickets, which has unfortunately delayed our usual reply times. Please rest assured that our team is fully active, working hard to catch up, and we are absolutely still here to support you.

    Hi Dan – 

    I never received that email update and I regularly (as in multiple time a day) check my spam folder, so..given previous experiences with Liquidweb/Kadence I’m suspicious. 

    And, based on that experience, I have absolutely ZERO interest in any product related to Liquidweb or Kadence.

    In addition – I submitted a ticket several days ago asking for a refund (I just renewed in May) and have yet to receive a response. Exactly the kind of ‘support’ I expected – little to none.

    So, despite your attempt to salvage these reviews, my opinion (and desire for a refund) still stands.
