• I bought several plugins from them. 4 days, 5 support tickets, and $170 later it’s clear to me there support is purely for show. All they do is pass the buck. Every…single…time so far. We’re not talking custom dev work here either.

    Ryan, I viewed your support ticket history and it appears that the majority of your requests are for features not currently implemented in our products. For the couple that aren’t, one we are actively working with you on and the other was narrowed down to a JavaScript error on your site.

    I do see that we’ve been very responsive with how we can help or finding the root cause of your issues.

    I’m sorry that you do not feel we have done enough, but I’m not sure what more we could do to assist you in these requests.
