I need for the issue to be resolved, not for some answer saying that I have to wait even longer than the 1,5 month I have already waited. When will the issue be resolved, so I can actually use my website?
Just for the record, wthu: Averta has always been great in coming up with solutions to various issues by providing codes (to add to Additional CSS) that have always worked. It’s not the fastest support, but they have always come through. They are likely dealing with hundreds of inquiries, which is par for the course with a popular product. A little perspective (plus a little patience) goes a long way.
