Terrible support

    The plugin itself is very powerful but unfortunately we had an error on the site with quantity discounts (the cart total didn’t take the discount into account). Been trying to get this fixed since almost 2 months in cooperation with acowebs support; to no avail.

    We’ve sent backups and everything we were asked to get this fixed, also offered to pay for premium support, should this be an option.

    Taking a different plugin now since we can’t work with abysmal support like this.
