• Editing my review again for the third time. I was asked by the developers 9 months ago to reconsider my initial harsh review, as they were “doing their best”. There seemed to be some improvements to responsiveness on tickets for a very short period of time, but now it’s back to non-existent support and a continuously buggy plugin that doesn’t work as it should. Pre-sales questions go into the ether and are never heard from again, and submitted tickets from paying customers are also either ignored or are just not getting to where they need to go. I have a feeling the staff is stretched thin and they can’t keep up, but you can’t charge for every small piece of functionality through add-ons then ask for understanding while you try to keep up.

    To make things worse, much of their documentation is out of date and will not help you at all. Being that they don’t respond to tickets or pre-sales questions, you’re left to dig through their code to try to figure it out for yourself. This is understandable for free plugins, not when you’re paying for them.

    Conclusion: Steer clear. Use the free version if you want, but expect it to be buggy and to have to spend a lot of time getting it to work properly. I now need to figure out how to transition to a different plugin altogether. I recommend avoiding in the first place.
