    When you send a test email it uses the Site Title (defined in the Site Identity settings by Customizer) as the From Name instead of the From Name defined in the SureMail connection. This happens regardless of whether the “Force From Name” option is selected in the SureMail connection.

    I am using SMTP2GO.

    I apologize. I was able to consistently replicate the described behavior before reporting it (I am always careful to do that), but I cannot replicate it now. Please close this ticket.
