Test emails doesn’t work

    So, to test out the automations, you will have to build your own testing field – test audience, test automations etc, because the built in test does not work and that has been confirmed by the support.

    Hi @eddio – Thanks for letting us know. I see your frustration. The feature you mention seems to be related to the MC application and not the integration however, we would like to help. Do you have an issue we can help debug related to the integration? Sync for example? We are here to help.

    Circling back – We checked this feature in MC and we did not experience the same issue. Did you follow these steps> in the campaign editor -> upper right button “send test” -> click and input email -> “send”
