Also share diagnostic test reports.
Authentication fails mean issue is with email or server-side, try to change your password and test again.

Screenshot of Post SMTP plugin Settings > Account tab.
Click on Post SMTP from the left side menu, then in the next screen the last menu there is Diagnostic Test Option-click on it.
Change the password of your email account and then configure the plugin.

I changed the password and there was no change, then I changed other options and now I get this error:

We are unable to reproduce the mentioned issue on our staging site. It seems like the theme or some other plugin is conflicting with the Our plugin Can you change the theme to WordPress default 2022 or deactivate the plugins one by one and check if the issue still persists or not.
