I try to send a test mail to see how it looks and got this message.
Request Error not JSON
and then there is code from my <head><body>
Please help.

This issue might be related to this: https://support.mailpoet.com/error-403-on-admin-ajax-php/ try the solutions listed there and let us know if that solves your issue.

Hello,

I am getting a similar message. When I try to send a preview, I just get a popup saying “Request Error not JSON”. However, there is no code after that (I don’t seem to have a problem saving my newsletter, etc).

I tried modifying my .htaccess file and restarting apache (as outlined in your link above), but no joy.

Am running Mailpoet 2.6.18

Please help…
