Test Mode keeps switching itself on

    Hi,

    My clients website keeps automatically switching TEST MODE on. Why does it do this?

    This causes massive issues with their customers. Can you help?

    Why does it do this?

    Typically that means you have multiple Stripe plugins active on your site and the one showing on your frontend is not the one you’re maintaining settings for. It’s a common occurrence for admins to have multiple Stripe plugins on their site accidently and they confuse them. Our Stripe plugin does not have any issues related to settings not saving or reflecting what the admin has configured.

    You would need to share a link to a site so it could be reviewed if the issue isn’t related to you using multiple Stripe plugins.

    Hi,

    The website uses 1) WooCommerce and 2) WooCommerce Stripe Gateway plugins. Sorry I posted on the wrong plugin. You’re welcome to delete this thread.
