Not sure.. could be a browser cache issue? Have you tried again using a new/clear browser? May produce different results.
I have tried it on several browsers…same result…also had a couple others try and same. I use wordfence and Fastest Cache which may be interfering somehow…what do you suggest
If you are using a cache plugin, check this post for more info (applies to both free and pro versions of Blackhole).
yes…i installed the Blackhole Cache Helper before using and cleared all cache….i even uninstalled the cache plugin to retest your plugin…still not seeing different results in test. There are no bad bots in the list still other than default one.
we have a large site…a lot of plugins and a ton of traffic…so not sure if anything else would keep your’s from functioning properly
It sounds like there may be a conflict with some other plugin. Instead of further testing on a live site, one thing you can do is set up a quick 5-minute WP install, leave everything at defaults, plugins, and theme. So you have a baseline to work with. Then install Blackhole and verify that it works normally. From there you can begin adding one plugin at a time, re-testing Blackhole after each one. At some point this should reveal which plugin is interfering with normal functionality.

i do have a test site to do that with so will try it when have a moment. thanks and good work on the plugin…when it does work for me im sure it will kick some bot butt 😉
Hey crownrandall, I hope you got this sorted. I re-tested the plugin and it was working normally on latest WordPress. If you want to provide clear steps as to how to replicate the issue you are experiencing, I would be glad to investigate. Until then, I’m gonna go ahead and mark this thread as resolved to help keep things organized. Feel free to post any further information or questions, I am glad to help however possible. Thank you.
