Test Payment Hangs

    I installed the plugin and have it set in test mode. A payment was attempted, which appears not to complete, the spinning circle continues endlessly. Can you help me?

    Hi @wagnerensemble,

    From the console log we have come to determine that the error seems to be related to the location you select in settings. Please go to wp easy pay settings, select a location and click on save settings. Also please double check your sandbox api credentials.

    Thank you! I copied the Test Application ID, the Test Token and the Test Location ID from the Square Developer Portal, saved changes, but the same behavior results.

    I have checked the console log, it is now showing an Authentication error.

    {“errors”:[{“category”:”AUTHENTICATION_ERROR”,”code”:”UNAUTHORIZED”,”detail”:”This request could not be authorized.”}]}

    This error generally occurs when you are using incorrect api credentials, like using access token in place of sandbox application id or vice versa.

    Interesting! So what happened when you tried a donation? I’m using Firefox, and there’s just a spinning wheel.
