Testimonial page columns

I just updated to the pro version. When I go to the testimonial ,add new testimonial the columns are pushed together in one inch columns, the words are vertical not horizontal.
The testimonials are showing up correctly on the website though.
I tried deleting and reinstalling the plug in but it’s still happening.
Any help?
