Hello! I have used the Strong Testimonials plugin on many sites – great plugin! I have also used Bridge theme by Qode many times, but currently I am having a conflict between the two.

Unfortunately the theme developer won’t really help, as yours is a third party plugin they don’t support. I’m really hoping you can help, as I’d love to get this sorted out!

I am trying to insert the Strong Testimonials shortcode inside either Tab, Accordion or Toggle Qode WPBakery Builder element, and all is fine on a desktop. Unfortunately on tablet and mobile the testimonials are all stacked on top of each other and can’t be read. Screenshot attached. Any advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

    Regards
    Melanie

  • Hello @melanie71,

Thank you for letting us know about this.
Please go to your dashboard > Testimonials > Settings > Compatibility Settings > Ajax page loading > and click on General > save.
I am not completely sure this will help because that theme is a premium theme and I do not have access to it in order to test this out, but it might fix your issue.

Let me know how it goes.

    All the best,
    Mihaela

Hi Mihaela – thanks for your reply! It’s better, but still not working as I would expect. Now as you open the tabbed or accordion area the testimonials are still all stacked on top of each other, but as you scroll down the page they appear correctly. That doesn’t look great on page load though.

If you’re able to help sort this out I’d really appreciate it. As I said previously I’ve used your plugin on many themes and your support has always been great, and I’m using Bridge theme more and more.

    Any other ideas?

    Regards
    Melanie

    Hello @melanie7,

As much as we would love to help, that was our best shot at fixing this.
It seems to an issue from the Bridge theme and we do not have access to it in order to test it for compatibility and find a solution for this.
We will try to reach out to them and see if they can send over a copy of the theme so we can fix this in our next update.

    Thank you for understanding,
    Mihaela
