Testimonial settings menu not working

I’m trying to use the settings menu of the testimonial widget and nothing displays on any of the tabbed pages (selection, ordering, widget, etc) except for “save changes” and your footer info. The only tab with information on it is the general tab. I have a screenshot… is there a way to attach it here?
