    Hi,

    I started using your theme on WordPress.com but then moved to my hosted site with ww.wp.xz.cn. Since then, the Testimonial option seems to have disappeared from my Customize menu. I’ve created a page called Testimonials, but it is acting just like any other static page.

    Additional info: It was there originally and I added two testimonials. Now I can’t access them or add, delete, or change what appears there 🙁

    OK, I’ve got around testimonials by using the footer widgets. But now I’m stuck with two testimonials that I can’t edit or delete! Please, please help – even if it’s just to delete the old testimonials

    OH, and I can’t install Jetpack because it crashes my site – I’ve tried several times 🙁

    Hi there, cannot use that link you provided since I cannot log into your site (DO NOT post the login credentials!).

    Do you get an error when you try and install Jetpack, or does it install and then crash your site?

    To delete the testimonials, Jetpack would need to be installed. I would suggest posting about that in the Jetpack support forum.

    Just to let you know (and for future searches on this topic), I upgraded my PHP to 5.6, but that didn’t work. Upgrading to 7.0 seemed to fix the problem.

    Yay, glad that has fixed the issue. I’ve contacted the Jetpack team as I’m not seeing any minimum PHP version listed under requirements in the documentation. If there is a minimum, I will request that be added to the Requirements section.
