Testimonials don’t post the first time

    When a customer enters their testimonial at the above link, the first time they hit submit, it doesn’t submit and they are sent to the same page where they have to re-enter everything a second time and then when they hit submit again, it works.

    They need to submit 2 times and therefore get fed up after the first try and don’t bother.

    Thanks for reaching out!
    Can you please try installing this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/ ?

    After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

    Go to its troubleshoot mode and activate only this plugin and see if the same issue happens with no other plugins and a default theme.
