Testimonials Form –

Hello,
I’ve installed your plug-in on our Development site to test:
http://www.m0mentum.com/testimonials/

When I fill out the form and click ADD, it loads this page:
http://www.m0mentum.com/wp-admin/admin-post.php

with this message:
Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.

If you click “Please try again.” it reloads the testimonials page and the form is reset.
