I’d appreciate a response about this too (not sure what to make of the blank comment by saurabhd!). I’d especially like some reassurance about the continued support/development for the plugin since the new axelerant site seems to be focused on Drupal.

Is it right to assume from your response that there is no plan to ditch/ignore/downgrade this plugin since Axelerant is more Drupal focused?
Is support for the premium version still handled through zendesk?
Yes, of course there is no plan to downgrade this plugin, even we are now more focused towards WP contributions along with Drupal at Axelerant.

@brit77, Thank you for asking. I’m still here, but admit, I’m quite a bit busier running daily operations at Axelerant. My WordPress time is very much minimized. However, I’m acting Product Owner and am looking forward to having more resources to make some great improvements to software and such.
