Hello, I recently started testing the free version to see if this will work for me, but no images are showing after setting up the feeds and testing the shortcode. I googled the issue and what has come back is that the free version does not display images. Surely that is not correct? If so how would one test the plugin?

    Hi @eaec,

Your Instagram feed should display images. If they are not appearing, there might be a conflict with one of your plugins, often triggered by a GDPR or cookie consent plugin. To address this, please go to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Instagram Feed > Settings > Advanced, and ensure “Use Dynamic Sizes” is toggled on. After that, click “Save Changes” and then click “Reset Image Storage“.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, you may need to identify the conflicting plugin or theme by following these steps:

    1. Switch to a default theme like Twenty-Twenty Three and check the issue again. If resolved, your theme is causing the problem, and it’s best to consult your theme author.
    2. Temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins and check if the issue is resolved. If it is, begin reactivating them one by one. After activating each plugin, check for the issue. When the issue reappears, you’ve found the conflicting plugin.

I recommend performing this process on a staging website to avoid impacting your live site.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

    Best Regards,
