testing new theme

    Greetings,

    I currently have a WordPress website up and running and would like to use a new theme. My question is can I keep my current site up and running while I setup and transfer my content to the new theme? I guess what I mean is I want to see the new theme live with my content and tweek it before I make the switch. I know how to preview and actually activate it, but obviously it looks rough and it would take me awhile to optimize it, so visitors may visit and leave. The new theme is Suffusion 4.0.5 by Sayontan Sinha. I hope I explained this correctly.My site is http://www.driverscdlstaffing.com and I found a new theme that I want to try but don’t know how to set it up without just just activating the new and start setting everything up.

    You can test drive a new theme using a suitable plugin but any changes you make to the site’s content or architecture will be immediately reflected on the live site using the current theme.
