Testing on Temporary URL

    We are preparing to launch out site and are getting the
    User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values error.
    E00007 – User authentication failed due to invalid authentication values.
    Went through all the trouble shooting steps in the pinned post, requested new Transaction Key, copies and pasted othere IS and key, tried without Public Client Key, page never refreshed.

    Site is at Siteground, their support confirmed no traces of blocking in the log files.
    Is it possible that it doesn’t work on Siteground temp domains?

    Same error on final url.

    New Transaction key (copy/paste), others have also been triple checked, even replaced.

    Weird: No new error log.

    Please fill up support form on Authorize.Net -> Contact Us page in your WP dashboard so it creates a ticket on our system so we can try debugging the issue on your site.

    Mohsin from Pledged Plugins zeroed in on the issue and helped us identify what needed to be done.
    After two hours with a top Authorize.net support agent and a sleepy BoA agent, we ended up getting a new Merchant ID and the plugin worked like a charm.
