Hi,

I’ve configured all the settings as per the below guide.

When I press on the Action > Process Email button, I keep getting the below error message.

fetch_mail: Unable to write data to POP3 server pop.gmail.com on port 995

Could you help with this, please?

Likely this is your host preventing access to post 995.

However, to be sure install, configure and run the support plugin as described here: http://postieplugin.com/downloads/support-addon/

Hi,
I’m unable to download the support plugin, when I add the plugin to cart, I go to the cart and there’s nothing in there to purchase/download.
Are you still able to help with my original request, please?

Hi,
I’m still getting the same issue, i add the plugin to cart and then when reviewing the cart nothing happens.

Did you ask your hosting company if they block outbound connections on port 995?
