I think you are still adding any HTML block section so kindly edit to the classic or Gutenberg editor once.

I am not which kind of blocks you are adding because i have checked your “fraction-theme” which is paid so not able to test in local server but it will supporting WP Bakery Builder. Some way the theme and any other plugin conflicting or anywhere you are adding empty slick clone.

Kindly add shortcode again with any of the builder section and confirm us.
