Text block access from mobile end user

Hello,

I’m going to start a very basic website, for a farmer friend that would like to access text on the homepage, they sell berries locally and would like to let customers know if they’re available on an almost daily basis by changing that text field on their mobile phone. I’ve seen there is a wordpress mobile app and I’ll be using Elementor to create the site. Could this app access a text field on the homepage with limited user rights through Elementor without any viewable HTML. They are really not technical!
