Text Box issues

Raising this issue on behalf of a customer:

Issue 1

Login to Blogs
Open a Blog
With the Make theme enabled, click on New and select Post
Click on the main/large white text area. A text box area appears within the large white text space. Although there are no functional issues with this text box, it is slightly confusing as the user is already within the area where they are entering text. Also, if the user presses return when they are typing, a new text box appears instead of keeping the user within the same text box

Issue 2

With text or no text entered within the text box, click ‘Add Media’. An Add Media pop up appears, however, the text box on the screen underneath appears over the Add Media pop up window. This disappears if the user clicks anywhere within the pop-up, so it is not a critical defect.
