Text doesn't show up & img format broken

    Hi,

    I have populated the timeline and it has been working great with images (not featured image just adding them through the editor). However, I’m trying to add text to one of the items but when I do it just comes up blank in the text area. I tried adding in a test item that had an image and text as well and if you look in the code the img tag src is not formatted correctly.

    The item that should have text on but is blank is the one near the bottom labeled “University Campus Aylesbury Vale in the News – April 2, 2015” and if you go to the one next to it labelled “Test” it should have an image in it and the word “testing” underneath. But as you can see it says ”businesscards” instead and the code in that one is <img height="”414″</p" width="”486″" alt="”businesscards”" src="”http://ucav.staging.wpengine.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/businesscards.jpg”" wp-image-18080″="" size-full="" class="”alignnone">

    Do you know what’s wrong?

    Hi Aimee,

    I’m not entirely sure what’s going on with the URL formatting, but it looks like there is an extra set of “” around each of the parameters in the code.

    When you entered the image, did you add it from the media library or did you just enter the link into the text box?

    Hi Evan,

    I added it from the media library, I’ve checked the code in the announcement editor in the admin panel and it looks correct, it just seems to be on the front end when it breaks which is strange! I also have an item without an image on there and the text just appears blank on the front end but it’s there in the admin panel.
