Text Editor and Incorrect Formatting

Hey everyone,

I’m having a problem with WordPress where the text editor uses a different tag to seperate paragraphs when I hit the enter button. Theres two users on the blog, for me, it uses the <div> tag to seperate paragraphs and for my friend, it uses the <p> tag to seperate, and he does not lose any formatting when posting, and does not have to manually change to that tag.

Is there anyway this could be fixed to be the same (<p>) tag on both accounts. Cheers,
