Text Editor Issue

Our elementor text editor has been acting up non-stop. I wonder if anyone can help?

As you can see I have styles set for all the glossary entries (bar A&E section) which is monsterrat, 400, 17.
If I edit any of these text widgets the style reverts to match “A&E” section text (which I’ve left incorrect for the purpose of this post).
The only way to correct the error is to cut the text from the Content ‘Visual’ Tab, paste it back into the ‘text’ tab and redo all my spacing and coding manually again. It’s not disastrous as there is very little coding needed but breaks, links and bold, but over the whole site it is wasting lots of time.
For example I had to edit this whole page in this way. Cutting, pasting, formatting etc. and If I want to change some wording then I have to do it all over again as all the formatting seems to disappear each time.
Hopefully I am just missing something silly! Thanks in advance for any insights you can give.
