text/email field’s content not showing

I created a form which including text-field, post-content-field, email-address-field, I used shortcode to add the form into a page, after I posted from the page. there is only content showing from the post-content-field, both content from text-field and email-field are not showing on the page, but both fields are showing when I edit the page. please advise, thanks.
