Text Fields for Product Options

Hello. I searched for this topic and couldn’t find anything so hopefully nobody has posted on this before.

I am trying to set up product pages on eShop. We sell handmade Christmas cards, and I need to set up options on each product page where the buyers can fill in a number. For example, one product would be a “20 pack of Holiday Cards.” I then need to have options such as:

How many Gingerbread cards?
How many Stocking cards?
How many Santa cards?

And buyers need to be able to either type in a number next to each, or select a number from a dropdown menu.

I have tried to set this up under “Option Lists”. I select text area from the dropdown, and fill in all of the five questions. When I hit update, all of the questions disappear except for the first one. I would like these options to be required, and I would like to get rid of the “price” field for each option as well.

Any ideas on how to do this? Thanks!
