text form/configurator plugin

    Hey, I’m building a Website to offer text modules. I’m looking for a WordPress plugin to build a configurator for these texts, so the user can answer some questions by clicking some checkboxes and gets a text based on each value. The plugin should add the values in order to the result.

    Does anyone know a way to build this, I couldn’t find anything on the internet.
