Text heading loading alignment issue during loading

    My website has a center-aligned Hero Image, followed by a center-aligned Text Heading.
    For some reason, when the website is loading, the text heading loads left-aligned first and then jumps to its center-aligned position, then the Hero Image loads and the text heading moves below the Hero Image and is properly center-aligned.
    1) Is it possible to load the center-aligned Hero Image first?
    2) Is it possible to load the text heading center-aligned without having it jumping from left-aligned to center-aligned during loading?
    The website was created using SiteOrigin.
    Is there any WP Super Cache setting that would fix either problem?
