Hi,

if I add a Shape to a container, then the Text in this container is behind the shape. How can I make the text to lay over the shape?

Hi there,

Try giving the inner z-index a value: https://docs.generateblocks.com/article/container-overview/#spacing

That should bring it in front of the shape 🙂

thanks, I did not know that.

Funniliy enough, this happens not always. I also have a site, where this does not happen at all.

No problem! z-index can be tricky, but that option should always do the trick if you run into the issue 🙂
