Text layer stopped working

    using slider WD and all of a sudden the text layer options stopped working. Can’t change the effects, font, size or any other option. The effect it is stuck on, FadeInUP, won’t change, and it also is not working – the text is not Fading up. The text is not looking as it should, or acting according to the options it is stuck on.

    HI @tmatelson,

    The most probably that is due to a conflict with other products or theme you use.

    Have you added any new theme or plugin lately, if yes please deactivate it and check again?

    If you haven’t added any new plugin, then please try to deactivate your plugins one by one to see which one gives the conflict. You can also try to switch to another theme for a moment and check the issue.

    Also please try to use another browser, for example, if you use Safari, please try with Chrome.

    Please get back to me with the test results.
