I have created a flippable booklet however the text is not always rendering correctly on chrome, while on Safari it seems the text works fine but not all the images are loading.

I am wondering if this is something that the premium version would fix or if it a different issue entired?

Any advice would be apprecciated.

Hi,

Can you share a screenshot of the issue.
We had a look at the site, but we could not detect where exactly the problem is.

You can also test your PDF at:
https://dearpdf.com/#test-demo

And https://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/web/viewer.html
To see if the issue persists there too.

I can’t attach a screenshot to this thread but it transpires that the issue is just on some computers so I think it could be a connection issue more than anything else. The client can see the booklet perfectly so that is all that matters.
