Text not wrapping/posts clumping

I was trying to add a 2 post feed to the home page of my webpage. I put the code in (below) and it was working when I had simple one line text for testing. Now that the user is putting in content, the formatting is all screwed up.
Do i need to add anything to the code to make the posts break on to a new line and not clump?
