Text only version of emails get mangled – feature request

    Some recipients of email (sent from the Pro version of the plugin) have complained that the ‘text only’ version of the email the plugin automatically generates are ‘mangled’ and are unreadable.

    For future versions of the plugin it would be good to be able to manually insert text only version of the email.

    It would also be good to be able to manually add email addresses to the unsubscribe list.
