Hi, thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a widget in the SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle that offers hover overlay functionality by default. It’s possible you could find a third-party widget that offers this. I don’t know of one to recommend at the moment.

SiteOrigin Premium offers an Image Overlay addon which adds overlay functionality to several SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle widgets: https://demo.siteorigin.com/premium/image-overlay/.
