Text pasting without formatting

    I’ve been pasting copy from Microsoft Word to WordPress with no issue for years – this week, text stopped pasting with formatting.

    Then when I go to format text within the block editor, edits now apply to all text in the post, not just the selected copy – ie, when I select one sentence to format to H2, the change applies to the entire post.

    Hi, have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes browser or WordPress updates can impact formatting.

    If the issue continues, it could be a bug in the block editor. You can report it on GitHub or check if there is any theme or plugin conflict.
