Text size bug with Chrome

I’ve turned off various plugins etc, but seem to have a problem with Chrome when showing popup windows for Table Properties etc. There seems to be an issue with the CSS as the copy seems to be cut off and you can’t see words etc such as Width or the boxes you type into.

Tried in Firefox and Duck Duck go and all fine in these browsers, so I’m assuming it’s a Chrome bug. Any help appreciated.
