Text size for the topic hyperlinks

If you compare:

https://www.publictalksoftware.co.uk/support-forums/

and

https://www.publictalksoftware.co.uk/support-forums/forum/general-information/frequently-asked-questions/

In the former, the sub forums like:

Frequently Asked Questions

is displayed in a larger font than the description below it.

Yet on the actual forum, the list of topics, the topic text size looks the same as the “Started by” just below.

I would like all topic links to be bigger, like on the former page.

I am using bb style pack and I know it has settings for many of these things but I often have to use custom css.

Full set of classes need to be changed here?
