Well, that is just plain weird.
This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
I’ve tried troubleshooting it using the troubleshoot tool to no avail. Do you recommend disabling the plugins on the website directly?
If you used the troubleshooting in the Health Check plugin, then you’ve already done that. From DASHBOARD->UPDATES, try clicking the “reinstall WP” button.
I did that again, reinstalled 5.7.1 to no avail.
So one thing I noticed was during the troubleshooting mode the backend seems to be showing up normally even though all the plugins are activated as is.

Did you turn on plugins one at a time until the backend broke again?
In the ‘non-trouble shoot mode’, the backend is broken with all the plugins enabled.
In the ‘troubleshoot’ mode the backend looks fine with all the plugins enabled.
Personally, I didn’t see how disabling the plugins in the backend of the troubleshoot would bring up the issue. Am I missing something here?
Honestly, it’s not a big issue but I’m worried it poses some security risk. I have been getting spam registrations even with reCAPTCHA on.
So it seems like I might not have done the troubleshooting properly, forgive me for that.
I found that the issue lies in the plugin – ‘One page checkout and layouts for Woocommerce’. After disabling it, the backend seems fine.
This plugin is important to the website, is there any workaround? Also, could there be another plugin that could be causing the conflict with this one?
