TEXT STYLING OPTIONS MISSING in "Edit Page"

    In a nut shell, I have TWO sites running the Mystique theme and on my first, I have TWO lines of styling options in the VISUAL mode on the EDIT PAGE section, and only ONE on the other site?

    The first line of options are identical ie: bold button, italic button…

    But the second line of “Styles” drop down and “Headings” drop down is missing on my other site? How can I switch these on?
