    To enable the RTE/Visual Editor, check the box for the option “Rich Text Editor”. Then save changes and done.

    So, I had to disable it, save, then enable it and save. it’s working now.

    But now I’m noticing the categories dropdown only contains 1 category, “uncategorized”. However, I have a couple of dozen created in WordPress.

    To enable which categories to display for the Category field, visit the “Categories” option and select them. Save changes and done.

    yea, it’s not pulling all categories. I’ve just disabled it for now

    Understood. The Category field should contain all selected categories. This can be verified on default WP install.
