Hello
Can you share the site URL?
it’s not public yet 🙁
But this is how the code looks like:
(the title, what’s under h4 tags is showing properly, just the contents are not! same behaviour for the html widget;)
<div class="quadmenu-item-widget widget widget_text">
<h4 class="quadmenu-title">Text widget title here</h4> <div class="textwidget"><p>Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, eum ludus commune ne, in ius dicta suscipit. Eum te iusto recteque. Sit facete electram expetenda ea. Pri eu menandri partiendo. Cu duo unum aperiam, ei equidem pericula his. Ad pro facer quodsi democritum, ei quodsi deleniti inciderint nam.</p>
</div>
</div>
I have tried with .textwidget{color:black !important}and some other variations including more classes, but nothing!
Hope you have a solution for this.
Thanks!
Looks like an issue in the theme
Please check by switching the theme and check if the content is inside the widget
You can search in the theme code to see if there is a filter or hook in the widget_text
Hi,
But the content IS inside the widget … did you scroll to the right to see the entire code I posted above?
Hello mate
Please open a ticket in our support
https://quadmenu.com/account/support
ohh nooo, now I have to open tickets everywhere? Why can’t you just do that and than post the solution here? You are here to manage the support thing, don’t you?
Maybe someone else will have the same problem in the future and will be good to see the solution here instead of being – most likely – be sent to open some support tickets again …
that’s not exactly why I call support, really … 🙁
there was another user with your issue and it was an issue in his theme
that’s why I told you to switch theme and deactivate other plugins
there is not much we can do if we can’t access your admin dashboard
that’s why you should open a ticket in our system
unless you prefer to post your credentials here and share them with the entire worldwide website
