Hey there dugararchit,
Hope you’re well today 🙂
This is definitely not default behavior of the plugin. Can you please add a screenshot or add more information on how exactly is the plugin disabling widgets, are widgets not working on the front end of your site or you can’t use them in the back end in Appearance -> Widgets?
Please advise,
Bojan

sorry for the delay in reply but see the screen shot, I am unable to get this widget to the sidebar after activating the plugin.
Hey dugararchit,
I’ve checked your screenshot and I don’t see that you have any sidebars created?
Did you try create a sidebar first?
Please advise,
Bojan
yes, i tried creating the same, but the issue is still the same, as in I tried to implement the same in my main sidebar but the issues doesn’t resolved.
I don’t know why it is happening.
how to recognize the issue I don’t know.
Hey again dugararchit,
From what you’re describing this looks like a js issue caused by a conflict.
Can you please test for conflicts? To do that please try using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

Please let me know if you find anything 🙂
