Text Widget no graphics?

Lately, when I try to add a widget using the TEXT option…all I get is a clickable link. If you look at my site http://www.jonandphyllis.wordpress.com you’ll see three boxes in the right sidebar; Ask Me Anything, What’s the Weather Like & My Favorites.

My Favorites won’t even save the code I paste in the box.

As you can see my GoodReads widget worked fine when I added it over a year ago.

Is this something I’m doing wrong or is there something in WordPress not working right? Please help!
