Text Widget not editable

    I recently upgraded to 2.5 and there is a Text Widget in one of my sidebars that when I click on “edit” nothing happens. I can’t even remove the widget, though I’d love to be able to copy the code before I did, if I could.

    I know, I should have copied the code before upgrading, but I didn’t and now I regret it. That said, is there anything that can be done to fix it?

    Try to add the text widget, then click save changes and now edit the text widget

    I’m actually having the same problem. I tried the suggested fix – adding the text widget then saving changes and editing the text widget – did not work. Any further suggestions?
